Policies

A 20% service charge is added to all spa and salon services and distributed to spa team members. Additional gratuity is at guest discretion. Cancellations require 24 hours advance notice; cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service price. Guests under 18 are not permitted in the spa facility. Appointments are available on the hour and half hour only.
